When you interact with our site, we collect data to facilitate your learning journey and fulfill your purchases:
Account Registration: When you register to book a course, we store your name, email, and company details in our WordPress database so you can access your booking history.
Course Bookings: We use the Events Manager Pro plugin to manage your tickets and attendance. This data is kept to manage the event and your certification.
Payment Information: Payments are processed via Stripe. Atrium Consulting does not see or store your credit card details. Stripe provides us with a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for identification purposes. Stripe Privacy Policy.
Security (reCAPTCHA): We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and fraud on our registration forms. This service analyzes hardware and software information (such as device data) to confirm you are a human.

3. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and to ensure your shopping cart/booking process works correctly. We also use Google Analytics to monitor site performance. All analytics data is anonymized. You can manage these via our Cookie Policy page.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Contract: We process your data to fulfill the course booking you have paid for.
Legal Obligation: We are required by UK law (HMRC) to keep records of financial transactions for 6 years.
Legitimate Interest: We process data to secure our site (reCAPTCHA) and improve our services (Analytics).

5. How Long We Retain Your Data
User Accounts: We keep your profile as long as your account is active.
Financial Records: Transaction data (name, amount, date) is kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Inquiries: Correspondence via contact forms is kept until the inquiry is resolved.

6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential service providers:
Stripe (Payment processing)
Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA)
Events Manager Pro (Internal booking management)

7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request an export of the personal data we hold about you or ask that we delete your account. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (such as tax invoices).
